Terms of use

These terms cover your use of ixfxn.com and of the IXFXN software, apps, API, SDK, MCP server and documentation (together, "IXFXN"). If your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement comes first where the two differ. They apply to people and to automated visitors alike, including bots, crawlers and AI agents acting for someone: whoever runs or instructs the tool is bound by them.

Who we are

IXFXN is operated by I-X Function, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

What you may not do

  • No reverse engineering. Don't decompile, disassemble, decrypt or otherwise try to work out the source code, internal logic, models or data structures of IXFXN, including its apps and the code this website sends to your browser. This includes doing it with automated or AI tools (for example coding agents connected to decompilers or analysis servers). The only exception is where the law where you are gives you a right to do this that cannot be removed by agreement.
  • No scraping. Don't use bots, crawlers, scripts or AI agents to copy, collect or index content or data from IXFXN, except search engines and AI search services reading this public website as our robots.txt file allows, and integrations using the API as your agreement allows.
  • No getting around limits. Don't bypass or test request limits, access controls or security checks, and don't scan or probe IXFXN for weaknesses without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us first.
  • No building a copy. Don't use IXFXN, its documentation or anything you learn from them to build, train or improve a competing product or AI model, and don't copy its features, interface or documentation.
  • No sharing access. Don't share your sign-in, keys or tokens, or give anyone access your organisation hasn't authorised.

Confidential information

Some material is shared only under an agreement or NDA: the full API reference, architecture and security documents, pricing proposals and anything marked confidential. Keep it confidential, use it only to evaluate or use IXFXN, share it only with people in your organisation who need it and are bound to keep it confidential, and return or delete it when we ask.

Who owns what

I-X Function owns IXFXN, its software, documentation, designs and trademarks. Using IXFXN gives you only the right to use it as these terms and your agreement allow. Your data stays yours.

If these terms are broken

We may limit, suspend or end access, and we may take any other step the law allows.
